hours of work devising an overall plan for a residential subdivision
located somewhere in the U.S. The plan includes elements
such as a market analysis, infrastructure layout, infrastructure
and housing direct and indirect costs, building plans and a management
approach for the project. MTSU has placed in the top ten 6 out of
9 years.
